Guest access Access to the whole house Other things to note Smoking & noise: This is a no smoking property, and we do not allow parties. Alertify (in the living room) is a smart home device that measures volume levels & smoke (including cigarettes, vapes & marijuana) throughout the property. Alertify does not record audio or video. The device alerts us to noise nuisances and smoke, and records evidence for damage protection claims. Smoking will incur a £300 fine to cover deep cleaning and lost revenue. Parties will result in immediate termination of the booking, and a £500 fine per guest.
