Welcome to the Heritage House. A full house rental with all the comforts of home located in the historical district of Lewiston. Lewiston's festivals, restaurants, pubs, and quaint shops are all within walking distance. Artpark is a 10 min walk, so there is no need to worry about traffic/parking. The home is also located right on the Niagara River with only a 1 min walk to access world class fresh water fishing. We are also a 10 min drive from Niagara Falls and Fort Niagara. The space The Heritage House is a charming home in the Historical district of Lewiston that was built in 1900. The first floor has beautiful hard wood floors and features a modern-style fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, while keeping the homey/historical charm throughout the living and dinning room. Off the dinning room you will find a separate room that has a pull-out full sofa bed and smart tv. There is also a half bath located on the first floor. The bedrooms upstairs are welcoming and have quality, comfy bedding with extra linen available during your stay. There is two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen mattress and smart tvs. Both rooms also feature walk in closets and have their own twin cot available for extra sleeping. There is a full bath upstairs. In the basement, there is an in-unit free washer/drier for use during your stay. And of course, feel free to sit out on our front porch or enjoy the fire pit in the back yard. Guest access The entire house and backyard is yours to enjoy. We require a two night minimum stay and welcome long term stays as well. The person booking the house must be the one who stays. If you are booking for someone else, you must inform us of this upon requesting a reservation.
