The space The property comprises three buildings: the main villa and two annexes, with a total of seven double rooms, accommodating up to 14 people. The main villa is distributed over two floors and features two lounges, each with a fireplace, a dining area for 14 guests, and four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A travertine staircase connects the two floors, and the house also features spaces such as a massage and relaxation room. The larger of the two annexes offers two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living area with fireplace and open-plan kitchen. The seventh double bedroom, with its own bathroom, is located at pool level. The villa retains an authentic rustic Tuscan charm with period terracotta floors, original fireplaces and a stone sink from the 1800s, harmoniously integrated with contemporary artwork by Italian artists. The renovation has preserved the original features of the 18th century farmhouse while adding modern comforts such as air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. The villa and its annexes are surrounded by gardens with cypress, olive and fruit trees, ideal for dining under the stars. The property is also equipped with a pizza oven, a stone barbecue and a sauna. The Balinese black stone pool is situated in a scenic area with a shaded relaxation zone.
