The Guest Bedroom features one twin size bed, a bunk bed with a full-size bottom bed, and a HD TV. The comfortable living room is furnished with plenty of seating, a HD flat screen with 5.1 Dolby surround sound system and bar area. The gourmet kitchen is loaded with anything you'll need for cooking and entertaining! The space The Villa also features a garage conversion we call the ‘MAN CAVE’ with a high definition TV and electric fireplace perfect for relaxing, watching sports or movies and enjoying the fun atmosphere with the garage door open or closed. The patio features outdoor seating and a grill ready for you to enjoy a meal al fresco. Truly a gorgeous place for out of towners or Floridians looking for a “staycation”.
