The home features a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, a cozy living room with a generous, comfortable sofa, and a wood-burning stove perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and serveware, including linens, cutting boards, serving platters and bowls, utensils, dinnerware, and glassware. Guests will also have access to a Vitamix, water heater, and toaster oven. Sleeping Arrangements • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite full bathroom (tub) Additional amenities include two driveway parking spaces and Starlink Wi-Fi. Two California Gold Passes (valid at all California ski resorts) may be available to guests upon request. Please allow at least 7 days’ advance notice to confirm availability. Access to the passes is at the owner’s discretion and may be denied or revoked at any time. A $500 replacement fee will apply for any pass that is lost, stolen, or not returned on time.
