Home in Dewey Beach

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the bay on our two huge decks! The beach is two blocks from our house. It is centrally located in Dewey near the Lion's playground, Sunset park on Read and all of the restaurants and bars. It's perfect for a large family or couples with two master bedrooms with king beds and their own bath. The space With large rooms and outdoor decks, parking for 5 cars, this 5 BR, 3.5BA newly built home is the perfect spot for a large extended family or two families to relax and enjoy our favorite beach. There are two king bed master suites with their own baths; a queen bed with single pull out, and a bunk bed room (single over full bed) with single pull out trundle. The loft has a queen pull out and single pull out bed with glass doors for privacy. Our HVAC system has a UV light to kill germs or allergens. We have 6 flat screen TVs, a tankless unlimited hot water heater (no cold showers with a large group!) beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. There is a gas grill and picnic tables under the house to enjoy outdoor meals. Only a short 2 block walk to the beach; next door to the Dewey Beach Lion's playground and Sunset Park. Walk to Dewey Beach restaurants or take the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth to enjoy the boardwalk. Guest access We use an electronic Nest lock for the front door. I will send you a unique code a few days before check in. Parking is for 5 cars in the gravel driveway. Extra cars will need street parking passes during the summer months. Please purchase at the Dewey Beach town hall or use Parkmobile. Street parking is free in the off season. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided as part of the fees. All pillows and blankets are provided in the house. Please check closets for extra of each. Starter paper products and hand soap are provided. Please remember to bring extra. In the Queen bed room, the pull out is a single. The two pull outs in the loft are queen and single.
