The space This newly renovated apt is located in Saint Albans, Queens, NY. Where roadside parking is free 24-7. Parking is also on a first come first serve basis. The space is suited for a family or group of friends visiting the city or on a short to long term assignment. Other things to note We have capacity for 8 guests only. No third party booking allowed. For late check out past 1 hour guest(s) will be charged a fee equal to nightly rate. Absolutely No Parties are allowed since it’s an adjacent unit with a family occupying the unit next door. Only paying guest are allowed at the property.
