Bayfront Cottage w/ Amazing Views

Whether you’re enjoying time by the firepit or sipping coffee on the couch, the views of Sinepuxent Bay and Assateague Island make this cottage the ideal spot for your next vacation. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only a short drive from Assateague Island, the historic town of Berlin, and the Ocean City Boardwalk. The space The cottage boasts two bedrooms, one bathroom, a common room, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen bed while the guest bedroom has a full bed. There is a washer/dryer in the cottage for your use. The outside of the cottage offers a firepit, Adirondack chairs, and your own private parking spots. The community pier (with floating dock) is a very short walk from the cottage, which is great for kayaking, crabbing, or fishing. The community also has a rec room (ping pong table, arcade games, etc.), two pools (seasonal), a volleyball court, a basketball court, a dog park, and a pond with paddleboats. Guest access There is a gated entrance to the community. When you check in, the Welcome Center or security guards will issue you keys to the cottage and swipe cards to enter the neighborhood. Other things to note We can accommodate pets for a $75 fee, but please reach out to get prior approval. Your pet should be under 50 pounds and well-behaved.
