All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. *STREAMING APPS* We do not provide log-in accounts for streaming apps on our smart TV. Guests are kindly requested to use their personal log-in accounts to access and enjoy streaming services during their stay and ensure they log out of their personal accounts upon check-out. Note: Surveillance cameras in the hallways, front entrance and/or back entrance for security recording at all times. Minut device in the unit for noise level. We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the cameras, and the Schlage encode door lock. If any of these and tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers, or management to the premises. This will also result in termination of your reservation. These units are EFFICIENCY units. There is not a full kitchen. PARKING is across the street and a few minutes walk to get to the building.
