Located in the hamlet of Punta Molara, in the vicinity of San Teodoro, Flor de Lis is a magnificent private pool Villa surrounded by a pretty lawn which is overlooked by a wide and bright veranda, ideal for consuming al fresco dining both with family or friends, or enjoying the calm of the place in the comfortable adjacent lounge area. Please note that outside the house, in the areas belonging to the Punta Molara condominium, there are video surveillance devices The space Villa Flor de Lis represents the perfect choice for families, couples, or small groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday by the pool or on the beach. The Villa is located about 800 metres from Cala Ginepro, a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters, immersed in the peculiar Mediterranean scrub, which is located exactly in front of the Molara Island from which the beauty of the panorama can be admired. To its right, passing along a short rocky path, “Cala Macchia” can be reached, a pristine beach perfect for enjoying calm. In addition to these, about 650 metres away, a small rocky beach called Cala Granchio can be found and about 900 metres away there is Punta Molara, a small beach nestled among typical granite rocks. Guest access Villa Flor de Lis is divided into two levels not internally communicating. The cosy interior spaces, designed to host up to six people, are furnished in a sober and soft style in order to spread the brightness that characterises the exterior. As a matter of fact, the veranda opens onto a comfortable open space made up of a fully equipped kitchen and a living area to relax in company. This open space leads to the sleeping area, made up of a finely furnished double room and another twin room. On floor below there is another refined double room and an en-suite bathroom, there is also a single sofa bed and a small kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the living room and in a master bedroom, in the third bedroom in the dependance in the basement there is a fan. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. To be paid at check-in: - Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Any pending balance required. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €2.000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
