Only 2 blocks to world famous Ocean Drive restaurants and tourism spots. Also great shopping like Armani Exchange, Victoria's Secret, True Religion, Zara Equinox Gym etc. 15 minute ride to Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Miami Heat Arena, the new Perez Art Museum and Design District. Many rentals offered in South Beach are in buildings that are not zoned for short term and are only allowed 1 year rentals! Please note that there isn't much of a view from this apartment, the picture of the pool and beach is included to show the amazing scene just behind the building.
