Family Country House

Enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquility in a small, quiet, 2-level cottage, traditionally decorated and fully equipped, just 15 minutes by road from the city of Trikala. Family Country House combines privacy with easy access to all areas – attractions of the wider area of Trikala. The space Very close to the city of Trikala, in the village of Ardani and overlooking the Thessalian plain, is the house, on a quiet small estate on the edge of the village. The house has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a main bathroom on the first level, and on the second level it has an auxiliary bathroom and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 2 people each. In the 2nd bedroom there is an armchair that becomes a bed to accommodate a third person. The beds are equipped with brand new mattresses (installed in July 2023). The two levels are connected via an internal wooden staircase. The house also has central oil heating and air conditioning, TV and internet access. The house is surrounded by a beautiful and comfortable garden and has spacious verandas on both levels. Guest access The guest has access to all parts of the house, except the boiler room. Other things to note Visitors can access the residence by road, via the National Road (E65) to Trikala and then via paved provincial roads to Ardani and the residence. The location of the house is suitable for holidays in the area of Trikala, both because of the tranquility that surrounds it and the proximity to the surrounding tourist areas. Important attractions worth visiting in the area are: a) The rocks and monasteries of Meteora, which are 20 km away (20 minutes) b) The city of Trikala, located 8 km from Ardani, and especially during the Christmas and New Year period, hosts the Mill of the Elves and is a unique nationwide Christmas destination c) The mountainous areas of Elati and Pertouli, at a distance of 46 and 60 km respectively (estimate about 45-50 minutes for Elati and another 20 minutes for Pertouli). These are areas of exceptional natural beauty that are worth visiting all year round. In Pertouli you will also find a small ski resort. d) The same applies to the artificial lake of Plastiras, at a distance of 63 km (about 1 hour). Registration Details 00001817466
