Bright and spacious duplex for 6 people, my duplex is the perfect to stay with family & (website hidden) center is at 10mn and other main places to visit are close. The neighbourhood is quiet, you can enjoy a walk or run at Parc Josaphat (3mn). Come! The space Dear guest, welcome into my lovely duplex +/-125sq. DOWNSTAIRS: Downstairs is composed of a bedroom with inside an independent bathroom, independent toilet and laundry, the living room and the kitchen. Huge duplex with beautiful spaces and high ceiling, come here, have a break, rest and then, run the city. Furnitures are spacious and design (SMEG Kitchen). THE BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS: The bedroom measures +/- 15 square meters, there is an independent bathroom and an independent toilet and laundry. The room is very very calm and quiet. The bedroom is furnished with a double-bed, cupboards, wardrobe and a pouf. There are two heaters and three large windows without overlooked. Towels and sheets are provided and housekeeping is finical. I do recommend you to come here and to benefits from a practical place to discover the city. THE LIVING ROOM The living room is very spacious. Thanks to the balcony, the large door windows and the south exposure, the living room is absolutely bright. There is a huge TV, dvd lector, Wii (Wii-Fit and other games), two very very large sofa, a deisgn lamp, a comfortable carpet, a large coffee table. There are four different lights, which allow you and your guests/friends to have adjust the atmosphere as you feel it. THE KITCHEN This is an open-kitchen, well-furnished with SMEG furnitures (washing-machine, microwave-oven, oven), a large fridge. The kitchen is lited by a large window not overlooked, there are also a lot of cupboard, everything will be furnished. THE BATHROOM To reach the bathroom, you will have to go through the bedroom downstairs. The bathroom is large, with 6 cupboards, this room is very very clean, there are also two sink, two large mirror, two different lights. The bathroom is also very bright, without overlooked. There is also a seperate toilet and laundry. UPSTAIRS A large and sunny upstairs (+/- 45 square meters) with a balcony giving a nice view on Place des Bienfaiteurs. Upstairs is composed of two rooms. You can use one as your bedroom and the other one as your desk or, use both of them as bedrooms, which mean that my upstairs can greet from 1 to 4 people. Nice, isn’t it? There is also a toilet and a sink. The main room is composed of wood (the bed “canopy” not yet settled is in bamboo). There are two heaters, one large window by a side and one large door window (access to the balcony) by the other side. Towels and sheets are provided and housekeeping is finical. Upstairs you can enjoy a nice time watching a movie one my white wall since, there will be a projector and baffles. With a nice balcony and high ceiling, you will enjoy a nice time in a huge place. By the way, thanks to the south exposure, the sun dazzles the rooms. From spring to early autumn I can guarantee you that you can tan! Upstairs is well furnished (one or two double-bed, desk, desk chair, nightstands, lamps, wardrobe, mirror, projector). Thanks to the white wall and baffles you will enjoy a nice movie as if you were at the theater. Guest access Full access to everything.
