Loft-like duplex. The only rules are common sense and respect. Our kitchen is fully equipped, we have 2 common balconies on the lower floor, where we sometimes enjoy breakfast and lunch or just the view... Our loft/living room has a jam corner, bar, projector and a PS4. The space The area is calm, safe and residential. It’s located next to the presidential palace. It’s also 20 to 35 min away from the center of Beirut / 5 to 10 min away from embassy of Poland/embassy of Jordan/embassy of Czech republic/embassy of Korea. It’s also 5 min away from a supermarket and 8 min away from a beautiful forest if you like nature and hiking. We sometimes walk the dog there. Parking is never a problem. Guest access Kitchen, loft and living room, balconies, laundry room (in house). Other things to note The dog might take a few hours to get used to you, he might try to scare you but he's harmless if you leave him alone (alpha dog). He then turns into a loveball. FYI, for non-dog knowers, don't touch his bones or toys.
