Relax with the whole family in this fun newly built home. Master bed and bath on main level with steam shower, hot tub and fire pit in the backyard, full gym and massage chair! Set up to accommodate small children with pack and play and high chair available. 15-20 minutes to 4+ world famous ski resorts and downtown SLC. It is family friendly and can accommodate small children with a pack and play and high chair available. On the main level is a master suite with a steam shower, soaker tub and bidet. There is also a full kitchen that is fully stocked, a dining area (seats 6 at table + 3 stools) and a family room, half bath and laundry room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a workspace, full bath and kids' play loft. Downstairs is another TV room/family room with surround sound, a kitchenette with large table (seats 9), ping pong table and a King bedroom with full bath. There is also a gym with elliptical, recumbent bike, and weights. The home has a large drive with plenty of room for several cars. The large, private backyard is fenced and has a hot tub, cold plunge, pool (closed in winter), outdoor patio, grill and firepit. This is our primary residence when we aren’t traveling so this will not have a rental feel to it. Fridges/Freezers and pantry will have plenty of space for guests but some shelves will be shared or off limits. House rules ask that guests be respectful of certain areas and items that are unavailable for guest use (i.e, some closets, storage room, some pantry shelves, garage, etc.) We are in a residential neighborhood with many neighbors we love and have to live next to year round so quiet time from 10pm-6am is important to us. We have visible security cameras in front and out back to monitor number of guests and ensure quiet time rules are followed. Downstairs Bedroom 5: King bed *Air Mattress available for additional sleeping space. **Pool is NOT heated and will NOT be available outside of the summer months! * If a guest would like to use the pool prior to Memorial Day Weekend and would like the pool to be heated. You may request to heat the pool for an additional charge of $100/day for heating the pool. * Guest safety is our top priority! Guests who choose to use the pool facilities must agree to the Liability Waiver that is fully outlined in detail in the House Manual. Fireplace Notice: Please note that the fireplace is for aesthetic purposes only and is not available for guest use. For safety reasons, guests are kindly asked not to operate or attempt to use the fireplace during their stay. We appreciate your understanding. ⏺ GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION To help us protect the home and create a smooth, secure arrival experience, we partner with Happy Guest, a simple, app-free platform that works right in your web browser (no downloads or accounts required). After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick verification process, which includes: Signing our rental agreement ID verification A temporary $2,500 security hold (This is a pending authorization only — not a traditional deposit — and it releases automatically after checkout.) If you prefer not to place a security hold, you can choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead: $50 for up to 10 nights +$3 per additional night Your Happy Guest portal also includes helpful property details, check-in information, and a curated list of our favorite local spots. ⏱ Timing & Same-Day Bookings (Important) We kindly ask that the verification process be completed promptly after booking so everything is finalized well before arrival. For same-day or last-minute reservations, access to the home is provided at check-in. Verification is still required as part of the stay and must be completed promptly after arrival to remain in compliance with our house rules. Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe after booking or arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policy. * Optional Upgrades (Completely Optional) Happy Guest may offer a few optional add-ons you can choose to enhance your stay, including: Early Check-In (when available) – Flat $100 for up to 3 hours early Late Check-Out (when available) – Flat $100 for up to 3 hours late Additional optional services that may be available If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
