Nestled in a peaceful country hamlet, it’s the perfect location to relax and enjoy the mountain views, all within minutes to Boonah and Kalbar. An electric fireplace and r/c a/c provide year round comfort while the full kitchen and outdoor entertaining area offers modern convenience in a historic setting. The space Set on half an acre of land, The Church Roadvale has 2 bedrooms downstairs each with a queen bed and an upstairs, open loft space with 2 king single beds. Bedrooms and living area are both equipped with r/c air conditioning. Please note, the loft stairs are quite steep if mobility is a concern and the loft area is open with a view of the living area downstairs. The open living area has a lounge with smart TV, electric fireplace and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has every thing you will need including chef's oven, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is always stocked with tea, coffee and milk as well as a delicious continental breakfast for your first night's stay. There is one brand new bathroom with a separate toilet for privacy and convenience. The huge outdoor deck is perfect for entertaining while enjoying the mountain views and surrounding farmland. The firepit is a lovely addition to the enormous backyard to gather in the evening for star gazing. The space has been described as a 'home away from home' with every convenience thought of including all kitchen items, dishwashing equipment, shampoo, conditioner, hair dyer, and iron. The bar is stocked with every glass imaginable for cocktail evenings or the wine enthusiast. You will enjoy convenience, space and serenity in our country escape. Guest access Entire property. Other things to note The Roadvale Hotel located across the road is currently closed. The neighbours are currently doing building work weekdays 7.30am-3.30pm. Unfortunately it is not as peaceful as usual. The builders do not work on weekends. There is a very steep staircase to the loft bedroom, please consider for children or if mobility is an issue. The property is not recommended for children under 12 years due to the steep stairs and some breakable items. Wood charge $20 per bag for outdoor fire pit. Indoor fire is electric. Please do not park on the grass near the back stairs.
