To ensure a harmonious and respectful living experience for all parties, please adhere to the following house rules: 1. General Conduct • Booking Confirmation Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment (as specified during booking). A confirmation email or message will be sent once the payment is received and booking is secured. • Tenants are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, in line with other guests and neighbours. • No loud music, parties, or disruptive activities, especially during evening and night hours (10 PM – 7 AM). • Check-in / Check-out Times Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. • Identification Valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) must be presented at check-in. Guests who fail to present ID may be denied entry without a refund. • Please remember to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances when leaving the room or property. 2. Occupancy • Maximum occupancy: 2 persons unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Subletting or hosting paying guests (PG) is not permitted without prior approval. 3. Property Care • Please treat the home, furniture, and appliances with care. • No drilling, painting, or structural changes without the owner's consent. • Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately. 4. Cleanliness & Waste • Maintain cleanliness inside the house and garden area. • Waste should be segregated and disposed of according to local guidelines. 5. Pets (🐾 No pets allowed 🚫) • Pets are allowed only with prior permission. • If permitted, pet waste must be disposed of responsibly, and pets should not damage furniture. 6. Security • Keep all doors and windows locked when away. • No duplication of keys or alteration of locks. • Ensure gates are locked when leaving the premises. • Visitors are allowed, but overnight guests must be communicated in advance. • Tenants are responsible for the safety of their belongings. 7. Smoking & Alcohol • No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. • Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted, but drunken or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. 8. Termination & Move-Out • A minimum 30-day notice is required before moving out. • The property must be returned in the same condition it was rented in. • Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. ❌ Cancellation Policy Flexible Option: • Full refund for cancellations made up to 45 days before check-in. • 50% refund for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. • No refund for cancellations within 21 days of check-in . Non-Refundable Option (for discounted rates): • No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Booking is non-transferable. 💰 Refund Policy 1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 2. Booking fees or payment processing fees are non-refundable. 3. No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights once the stay has commenced. 4. In the case of a guest being asked to leave due to rule violations, no refunds will be granted.
