The space This is a spacious house with a garden distributed on ONE FLOOR, with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of them in separate bedrooms. The living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms have stunning views. Outside, it has a patio area and gazebo surrounded by a magnificent garden. Guest access The house is located in the private development 'Isuskiza'. It has a community pool, bar-restaurant, playground, paddle tennis and tennis courts (not in good condition), and even direct access to the Plentzia estuary for water activities. Other things to note It should be noted: - ACCESSIBILITY: to access the plot from the road where you park you have to climb stairs, so it is not a suitable home for people with mobility difficulties. Of course, once inside the house you forget about going up and down stairs all the time. - PARKING: parking is available next to the house without parking problems, a great advantage over staying in the urban area of Plentzia / Gorliz. - PRIVACY: the property is located on the top floor of the house, in an apartment with independent access from the garden. In any case, we do our best so that you practically don't see or hear us! - GARDEN: The property and guests enjoy separate garden areas: the main garden is exclusively for guests, while the property has another part of the garden reserved, without direct visual contact with the main garden. - TRANSPORT: the Isuskiza development is 4 km from the nearest metro station, as well as the nearest municipalities (Plentzia and Urduliz). Although there is a shuttle bus to the Plentzia metro stop, it is essential/recommended to have a car. - TRANQUILITY / RESPECT FOR REST: this is a residential development in which respect for neighbors prevails, so without preventing you from enjoying this stay properly, responsible behavior with the neighborhood and the property is requested, especially during rest hours.
