The space We are an active and loving family and have everything you need to make your stay with your friends and family complete and enjoyable including your own light sports court. Our home sits on a 1/2 acre park like yard with your own light sports court. Enjoy the views from the upper area with a newly built 50X60 deck with outdoor dining table that seats 10 and a patio lounge set to enjoy a sunset. Cook outdoor on the gas BBQ. The lower yard has a patio/sitting area, and a sports court for your pickle all tournament! Upstairs has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a King bed and the second with a King bed. Living room with gas fireplace, and kitchen with a slider to main deck with BBQ. There is a front patio with a small waterfall to enjoy the summer shade. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, (one bedroom with four twins, One bedroom with Queen and a pull out sofa bed. The last bedroom with one Queen mattress. Downstairs living room with gas fireplace and surround sound TV and DVD, Wii and Cable, plus laundry facilities. We have lots of games and toys for kids. We have mattresses for 13 including a queen air mattress that could work for 15 total. We are open to more guest within reason, if they want to sleep on the queen airbed (provided), Our home is air conditioned. Within 1 mile is the entrance to the 2015 US Open, at Chambers Bay Golf Course. Also, a shopping center with Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Safeway and many dinning opportunities (Mexican, Chinese, Thai, pizza, McDonalds and more.) Downtown Tacoma is only 15 minutes away offering several museums, night life, higher end dinning, a zoo and much more. Our region also offers many unique experiences from whale watching, ferry rides, Mt. Rainier activities, hiking in two different mountain ranges with tons of wildlife and waterfalls, sporting events, and shopping at Pikes Place Market. Other things to note House Guidelines & Other Details To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask: No parties, large events, or venue-style gatherings such as weddings or rehearsal dinners. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM for outdoor activities, including music or use of the sports court. Our home is in a neighborhood of families who work 9–5, and sound travels easily, especially in summer when windows are open. We appreciate your understanding and have had wonderful, respectful guests. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Check-Out Policy Check-out is scheduled to allow time for a thorough cleaning before the next guests arrive. If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, but if it cannot be confirmed, an additional $100 cleaning fee will apply to cover extra housekeeping.
