Our apartment is just 30 steps away from the famous Parque Kennedy. This is, hands down, the best location in Miraflores and Lima. Perfect for groups of 5 people, or less, looking for a clean & safe safe space with an unbeatable location. We are in the heart of Miraflores; we are steps away from all the fun stuff: restaurants, beaches, sports, surfing, night life, and shopping centers. Our apartment has been specially designed for travelers, so it has everything you need for your comfort. The space OUR APARTMENT Recently renovated apartment on the 1st floor of a 4-story building. 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. Fully equipped and independent. Nice, private setting, away from the street. It has two private patios. Size is approx 120 square meters (1290 sqft). KITCHEN / DINING Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Kitchen essentials like main appliances, everyday cooking supplies, and additional amenities like tea or coffee are provided. DINING AND LIVING ROOM An open-plan area for kitchen, living room and dining room. Comfortable sectional sofa in the living room. Dining table for 6 people. BEDROOMS SETUP Two bedrooms have new, high-quality, super-comfortable, full-size beds with nightstands. A third bedroom has a single-size bed. All beds have high-quality all-cotton bed linens and include a down comforter, standard pillows. BATHROOMS Two fully outfitted bathrooms, with shower enclosure, hot water, sink, toilet and medicine cabinet. "Hotel Collection" towels and bath rug. LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer in the second patio. AMENITIES Four Smart TVs with streaming services. High speed internet 100 Mbps. TVs do not have Cable/Satellite TV. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. REMOTE WORK Desks and chairs in all bedrooms. Internet signal strong in all the apartment. COMFORT The apartment does not have A/C. However, fans are provided. The building is usually quiet, however, there is potential for noise because of the location in the most vibrant part of Miraflores. The curtains are not 100% blackout. BUILDING Apartment is on the 1st floor of a 4-story family building. Apartment has a private patio which provides fresh air and sunlight. Windows do not face the street. Two keys are provided, one for the main building and another for the studio. PARKING There is no street parking outside the building. However paid parking could be found easily nearby. VISITORS No local guests without prior approval. RULES No smoking of any kind, including vaping. No pets allowed. No parties. All guests must provide official IDs before check-in. (cell phone pic) Building quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note CHECK-IN Our co-host will hand you the keys to access the building and the apartment. We will contact you to arrange the check-in. Fees for after hours check-in : 10 pm to midnight $5 USD. Midnight until 7am $10 USD. LONG STAYS For longer stays, more than 10 days, an additional cleaning is included and usually happens halfway through the stay. Any other additional cleaning could be provided for a fee. Cleaning includes regular apartment cleaning, change of bedding, body and hand towels. TRANSPORTATION Pick-up/drop-off service from/to the airport can be arranged for a fee, and it is subject to our driver’s availability. Please reach out to us for more information. LIMITATIONS The apartment does not have windows facing the street. It has big windows and doors that opens into a private patio which provides fresh air and sunlight. Bathrooms do not have windows but have air exhausts to prevent humidity. NOISE There is potential for noise since the apartment is inside a family building. In addition, because of being located in the most vibrant area of Miraflores, it is possible to have noise coming from restaurants, bars, Kennedy park. BOOKING TERMS Occupancy limit is set by the booking but must not exceed 5 people. No bookings on behalf of someone else. Booker must be present during the stay.
