The space Located in the heart of San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, only 5 minutes from the San Diego International Airport. The private residence includes all the amenities you might need, whether you're visiting the Gaslamp Quarter, heading to the Convention Center, or venturing to one of San Diego's famous beaches. The condo's ideal location is a block away from Petco Park, walking distance to the Trolley station, restaurants, Starbucks and a grocery store. For those wanting to venture out to the beach, we have you covered with beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. This is the Sunshine State, so no doubt you will find yourself outdoors on your adventures. If you simply want to hang out at the condo, there are numerous restaurants nearby for dine-in or take-out, or there is a community grill located on the 2nd floor in the building for guest use. Other amenities include a comfortable King and queen-size bed, both prepared with crisp Hotel-style linens, free Wi-Fi, secured building access, keypad access for front door, full private bathrooms, complimentary underground garage parking for one car, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, Coffee maker, full-sized refrigerator for groceries, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bathtub and standing showers, central air and heating, smoke/carbon monoxide detector and more. Also the private, outdoor patio is yours to enjoy! Guest access This is a private condo with keypad access for the front door. Keypad for front door as well as Wi-Fi password will be provided upon arrival. The building is accessed by a key fob provided at arrival along with pass for secure underground parking garage. Washer and Dryer located in the condo. Other things to note There is potential for noise and traffic given the condo’s proximity to Petco Park (Padres Stadium), restaurants, bars/nightclubs, hotels and special events in the area. The King sized bed comfortably sleeps 2 The queen sized bed comfortably sleeps 2 There is a community propane grill on the 2nd floor outside for cooking Smart TV in Living Room and both bedrooms (no cable) Smooth check-in Check-in time is anytime after 1PM Check out by 11AM No loud noise or parties allowed -We ONLY host guests with airbnb verified ID, Email and Phone-Number. - ID has to be verified on guest account (min. 5 days before arrival) copy of ID will need to be provided 7 days before check in. - The booking guest needs to have a fully verified account (ID, Email and Phone-Nr.) and has to register EVERY person staying at our house with full name at day of booking but not later than 5 days upon arrival. Ignoring this rule will result in cancellation. - ONLY with full name registered guests are allowed on the property. (short visual ID check at arrival). - ALL guests have to TRAVEL (from outside San Diego) or check-in/arrive TOGETHER. - We are NOT HOSTING SAN DIEGO LOCAL'S without explicit written agreement. - NO LOCAL MEET-UP'S AND STAYING OVER with any persons not previously registered/booked and agreed by host. - NO Smoking allowed on property - NO Drugs (included smoking Marijuana / Pot or similar) on property (in/outside). Noticeable In and out traffic of listing will be seen and any drug activity will be reported. - Surveillance or recording devices on property - Front Door Camera. Tampering or Disabling front door camera during stay will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. - NO REFUND without prior notice and documentation. Any Issues during a booking period/stay, resulting in any refund request, needs to be addressed in writing before checkout through airbnb message. Description and (if possible) photo of the issue is mandatory. IMPORTANT: Subletting this condo for nightly rentals is STRICTLY prohibited and NOT ALLOWED. If caught subletting this condo for a nightly stay after booking a 28+ stay, a $5,000 fine will be assessed and you will have to immediately vacate the property. Any remaining balance will be forfeited and no refunds will be processed. Changes or adjustments of listed "House Rules" has to be agreed by host in writing via Airbnb App. It is mutually agreed that any violation of house rules will terminate the rental contract and the host can/will takeover the guest-space. In this case, the guest(s) will get a refund as of Airbnb policy and waives all rights to stay.
