Washer and dryer are available in the building at extra cost. The laundry room is located on the main (ground) floor at the back of the building. A laundry card is provided free of charge for all guests staying in our 31st Street units only. The card is kept behind the room door. You may use it during your stay and simply return it to the same place before check-out. You only need to add credit to the card in order to use the washers and dryers. Other things to note - Our apartment is inside "Class B" Hotel certified mixed-use apartment building, meaning your short-term stay is absolutely "legal" unlike other Airbnb apartments in NYC. - This is NOT a luxury property. If that is important to you, do not book this. This historic landmark building (The National Register of Historic Place) was built in 1868! - This unit is located on the top floor, and some of hallway on this floor has exposed pipes from the ceiling. - Sleeps max 9 guests but ideally no more than 6 guests will feel most comfortable in this suite. - Heating pipe may make some squeaking sound during winter time. We provide the complimentary ear plug for whom are sensitive. AC is removed during winter time - We do our best to give you the suite of your choice. In rare instances, we will have to change the suite assignment on your reservation. We do promise an equivalent or an upgrade to the one you have booked. Pet Policy: $75 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets). Airbnb may not calculate this automatically. If you are bringing more than one pet, the second pet fee will be added separately after booking.
