Welcome to our paradise at Annie's Mountain Retreat - just steps from the Big Thompson River! Located just 3 miles from Estes, this property has been hosting couples for over 23 years. You will love the private hot tub, serene sound of the Big Thompson River, and quick access to Estes restaurants, breweries, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, or place to unwind after exploring all Estes has to offer, this space is for you! The space The Mountain Cabin is a one bedroom, one bathroom cozy space complete with a gas fireplace and full kitchen. Comfortable queen bed in the bedroom. There is a large jetted bathtub for two as well as fully private hot tub (seriously, all yours!) in your personal and quiet outdoor space. A lot of love went into the updating of this cabin with its new leather reclining couch and quaint but perfectly set up kitchen. Wood accents and romantic vibes make this the perfect space to unwind and relax. Plush robes, propane BBQ grill, and Direct TV Stream are included in your stay - as well as many other amenities. As guests ourselves at rentals we appreciate a seamless check-in process. For your convenience we have keypad locks on the front door to allow you contact free check in to begin your vacation stress free! Due to mountain living, it's possible to experience some gaps in wifi and cable. This is usually due to high wind or snow. In the meantime - pick up a deck of cards or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. We appreciate your understanding! We have other listings in the area, please click on our profile and you can see them. Guest access The entire property has three cabins, as well as a storage shed on site. But don't worry, 6-foot privacy fences separate all cabins completely to ensure you have your own space. The common area outside between both cabins has steps down to the river. Please note the property sits off Highway 34 so some road noise can be expected during commuting hours, however goes unnoticed when listening to the sound of the river in your private hot tub. There is one parking space per cabin in the front of the property. Other things to note - New carbon monoxide/fire detector installed April 2023 - New mattress December 2023 - Landline telephone available for use. There is Wifi, however the landlines are used in case of emergency since there is no cell service in the canyon. - In the event of a power outage, we have 50watt lanterns, flashlights, and a deck of cards to pass the time! Estes Park Power are rockstars and usually get the power up and running within a few hours. This can occur because of high winds, accidents involving power poles or transformers, etc.
