The unit comprises of two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open plan living concept. The guest bedroom has a sleeper bed and place for 2 people in total. Each bedroom has sufficient closet space. The dinning room and an open plan lounge with a view of Cerro Chame mountain range. Strictly No Pets / Animals are permitted in this property! Please contact us to inquire on per friendly units availability. Guest access Guests will be registered with security upon arrival, and IDs will need to be shown. Please note that only one car is permitted per apartment; any additional vehicles will need to park outside the security gate. There is a lockbox located outside the door, and the lockbox code along with complete check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. Other things to note Please Note: Playa Caracol is a growing community, and development is still underway. As a result, there may be some ongoing construction on-site. While the infrastructure has improved significantly, there can be occasional internet and electricity outages. Please be aware that there is no backup generator in place at this time.
