A house full of color and life with a swimming pool and garden.

You are welcome to my home, which I share when I am traveling away. You will stay in a colorful house, with spacious rooms, and well ventilated areas, lots of light, with views and access to garden and terraces. The house is dotted with memoirs from different parts of the world, creating a rich and cozy ambiance. I trust you will love it and enjoy as I do. The space The main building is a large hall with high ceilings, with a comfortable and cozy living room, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. It has large windows that you can fully open, as if you were outdoors. You will stay in the master bedroom, located in this building, spacious room with a king bed, a desk and private bathroom, all with views of a garden. The central patio has lap pool, 10 x 2 meters, which is a blessing in our Yucatan weather. It is surrounded by a garden with trees. The pool does not have heating. Across the garden and in the front of the property, in a separate building, there are two charming bedrooms, providing privacy to all house occupants. The first floor bedroom has one full size bed (beware if you plan to have two people here) and the second floor bedroom has two twin beds. Both have private bathrooms, walking closets, and desks. You can enjoy several outdoor spaces designed for the Yucatan weather. A roofed terrace, well ventilated and next to the pool. There is a fully equipped kitchenette as an additional option to cook outdoors. In the second floor you can also sit down to enjoy the evening breeze or chill out watching parrots eating in the neighboring trees and flying over. The house is adapted to the local climate. It is insulated, cross ventilated, fans in every room and on the terrace. But in case you need them, there is air conditioning in all bedrooms; just be mindful of energy consumption. Guest access Housekeeper will welcome you, request your IDs and provide all the information needed. Other things to note Cost is based on the number of guests.
