Other things to note ♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found in the house, there will be a $500 fine. ♦No pets allowed. ♦Absolutely NO Parties or events. ♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved. ♦We have one, actively recording camera (doorbell camera) overlooking the front driveway which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video.
