The sea is extremely calm, ideal for swimming or kayaking to the island across from it. It's a very quiet area where the nearest house is 200 meters away. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming people. There is a mini-market within walking distance and a restaurant with a good menu. A 5-minute drive away is the beautiful village of Quicaví with a large heritage church and a pier from where you can easily cross to the rest of the islands of the archipelago. There are also tourist places to visit nearby: the cave of the sorcerers, mythological trails, the church of Colo, the town of Tenaún, the island of Aucar, the waterfalls of Tocoihue, among others.
