Poolhouse (1-3 guest comfortably, 5 possible)

Everything you need and more, relax and enjoy your time in this unique spot away from the crowds at the busy hotels. Get more and better and at the same time saving money. The space The bathroom is the first door on left. It has a shower, toilet and sink. The middle door is the Kitchenette and doubles as a bedroom with pull out queen sized bed. the door to the far right is the bedroom with an adjustible twin bed (and optional queen air matress is possible for up to 5 guest total) (more could be possible with a tent, inquire if more is needed) All rooms have with heat and A/C. If the air mattress is not needed, a small study desk will be in the bedroom. See pictures, I tried to describe this area the best I could in a short space. If you have other questions, please let me know. Guest access Guest use both of the poolhouse rooms (no other guest). The grill, fire pit, workout equipment, bathroom and back yard, etc. can be used but may be shared by owner and guest of owner. Please ask if you have any questions, other items may be avaliable such as games, washer/dryer. (hot tub and pool will be shared as well if avaliable seasonal please ask). Other things to note There are several places within a mile... general store with red box, ABC store, subway (the restarunt), coffey shop, gas station, etc. In realitively short driving distance, are mountain bike/hiking trails, white water and flat water kayaking, lake/fishing, parkway/mountains, Wilson Creek with waterfalls, and much more. You are not to have a party with groups (people other than on approved reservation). You may have guest but not in pool and no "pool parties, etc." (If a pool party is what you want I suggest the app,"Swimply.") This is for no more than 5 total people at this time (unless formally agreement is made with owner) (each person must be approved and on the airbnb reservation). This is not meant for locals or a long term living situation. The pool house is 3 seperate rooms: bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. each room is accessible from the exterior door only. The back yard is fenced. There are tables, chairs, a grill, workout equipment, and a pool that you may use. (please ask if the pool and or hot tub will be open).
