The space This newly redecorated private suite features its own separate entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please. The interior has been freshly updated with new carpets, soft coastal tones, and thoughtful touches to make your stay relaxing and convenient. Inside you’ll find: - King Bed – spacious and comfortable with fresh linen and plush bedding. - Private Bathroom – modern design with a double shower and complimentary toiletries, plus a private outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after the beach. - Kitchenette – equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge for light meals or breakfast at your leisure. - Dining Table/Desk – perfect for enjoying a quiet meal, working remotely, or planning your next adventure. - Private Garden – a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise to the east. Perfect for two adults but babies and little ones in a travel cot are welcome if requested at the time of booking. There is no TV in the room but Wifi is provided for you to stream on your devices. Please note this is a family home and it is likely you will hear the children playing, laughing, and let's face it - disagreeing, at some point during your stay. Guest access You will have private access through a side gate. Please note the access is over s narrow part of decking with a step up and a step down which may be challenging for a pram and unlikely to accomodate a wheelchair. If you are using wheelchair please send me a message as alternative arrangements can be made. You have sole use of the driveway during your stay. During your stay Hi, I am Suzy and I have lived here in Mandurah for 12 years with my little family. I am a professional astrophotographer these days but have worked previously as a travel photographer. I absolutely love living in Western Australia and very much enjoy sharing this little part of the world with my guests.
