Apartment in a Villa at the lake

Apartment in a listed building directly at the lake. The apartment has two bedrooms and a large dinign and livins space that includes a library. The house has its own jetty with access to the lake and a little private beach. There is one other apartment in the house which is rented out permanently. The apartment itself is used by the owners and occassionally rented out.
