Our newly refurbished holiday home offers self-catering accommodation with beautiful 180 degree sea views. The house is situated in Kleinmond, a UNESCO-declared Biosphere between Betty's Bay and Hermanus, and a mere 200m walk from the Kleinmond blue flag status beach and lagoon. Designed for the ultimate holiday experience where family memories of a lifetime are made, this private home offers the genuine beach holiday with a cozy atmosphere and features fulfilling guests' every need. The space The front door opens wide onto the balcony with extraordinary views of the beautiful ocean and the cool surf splashing on the sand. Towards the back of the house sliding doors lead to a quaint artificial grass area, with a jungle gym and extra large trampoline. A separate gym room completes the stay for avid sport enthusiasts. The external hot-cold shower enables cooling down or washing sand off your feet after a day at the beach. The fully furnished home can accommodate 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, with an additional entertainment area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size and single bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds. These rooms share an adjoining bathroom with a bath and shower inside the bath. The house comprises an open-plan TV, dining area and lounge with large indoor braai/BBQ area acting and a separate indoor fireplace for winter months. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a convection oven, a kettle and toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine; and a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as cleaning materials. In the dining area is a big flatscreen smart TV with DSTV & Netflix. Free WiFi is available. Guests can enjoy the private garden, as well as the outdoor area. Secure parking on the property is available as well as off-street parking, and the property is secure with an alarm system - including external beams. There is a gas cylinder and cooker top, which is an added feature for periods of load shedding / power outage. Kleinmond offers nature trails, the Kleinmond Blue Flag beach, and restaurants. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore the Overberg and all it has to offer.
