This is a ZERO TOLERANCE noise policy. → Trash & Recycling (Blue = Recycling / Black = Trash) Please follow local city rules when disposing of trash. Blue bin = Recycling ONLY Black bin = Regular trash Do not put trash in the blue recycling bin. Recycling contamination can result in city warnings. If trash is placed in the blue recycling bin (contamination), additional labor is required to sort/re-bag and correct disposal. In that case, an additional $200 fee may be requested through Airbnb to cover the extra time and labor. → NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside the home. If there is any odor of smoke inside the home, you will be charged a $300 smoke odor removal/cleaning fee.. → NO TRESPASSING on neighboring properties. Please stay within our property boundaries and the public side walks to respect our surrounding neighbors and families. This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours. → Our place is pet-friendly and we welcome all fluffy guests. There is a $100 per pet fee to cover additional cleaning. → We charge extra $20 per day for every extra guest over 4, which includes infants. You will be billed after your stay if number of guests staying exceeds the number of guests reserved. To prevent this, please simply update the number of guests in your reservation prior to arrival or notify us immediately if you anticipate more guests. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. → Late Check-Out Fees 30 minutes – 1 hour late: $50 1–2 hours late: $100 More than 2 hours late or unauthorized late check-out: 👉 Charged as one additional night Guest Verification (ID Required) For security and insurance purposes, the primary guest who books may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) prior to check-in.
