Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath 2200 sq ft home in sunny Marco Island, FL with soaring ceilings, screened-in pool, backyard, and tons of light from wall to wall sliding glass doors in both the family room and living room. We are two doors down from the community park featuring walking paths, lake, sports fields, community center, and playground. We are one mile from the beach and have plenty of toys for your adventures. This is our family home...it is warm, light, and beautifully appointed for guests. The space The house - Master bedroom is huge with en suite bath, soaking tub, and french doors opening onto the back patio/pool area. Two other bedrooms feature a double bed and two single beds with a shared bathroom and hallway access that can be closed off to the rest of the house. In the living room, there is a working desk and seating that faces the pool, and the family room has a large couch with a 60" television with Apple TV and cable. There is a wonderful library of adult and children's books. and a collection of board games for every age level. There is a play/art room bathed in floor to ceiling light with a window seat and two child-size art tables. The backyard also has a large playfort for children, and we have a grill and full-size kitchen for cooking. This is a wonderful holiday rental for families and singles alike. We have a pool safety fence available for those with young children.
