The living room has a distinct charm of its own -with a small library containing precious books on food and cooking; an incredible collection of old gramophone music records that were painstakingly collected by Abida’s late husband Mohammed Rasheed. Abida Rasheed’s culinary journeys are remarkable. She has a repertoire of innumerable Malabar dishes, particularly in the authentic Mappila style.
