Kitchen has granite countertops equipped with everything you need for a great meal. This home is winterized & equipped with heat and central air conditioning. Beautiful Fireplace and lots of family games. Each room has a new Smart TV and high speed internet. The bedrooms are all brand-new with super comfortable beds. We spared no expense with regards to the mattresses so you can enjoy a restful night. The house comfortably sleeps 6 (perfect for 4 adults and 2-3 children). There is a futon bed in the Master Bedroom which can accommodate another child or Adult. There are 3 bedrooms. Master Bedroom has King Size Adirondack bed overlooking the Lake with an extra Adirondack futon bed which can be used as a bed if needed, 2nd Bedroom has a queen Bed and the third room has an Adirondack Maple bunk bed for the kids. All rooms have dressers, end tables, closets and more. There are 2 Bathrooms- One large bathroom up stairs with Skylight, Shower, Toilet and Sink. The bathroom on the first level has a toilet and sink. We will provide clean towels and sheets for you. We suggest you bring beach towels. Enjoy the Grill on the huge Patio overlooking the lake. Relax & soak up some rays on the patio or down by the boathouse. There is a stairway access for swimming from the boathouse for your enjoyment. The water is approximately 3 feet deep near the shoreline stairway with a sandy bottom. Approximately 8’ deep at the end of the dock. The Center Boat House slip is reserved for you which will accommodate up to a 26’ boat. Strict NO SMOKING policy inside the house. No Pets allowed. No Tents allowed. LG is rated in the top 10 most beautiful Lakes in the country. Most of the places on the lake utilize the water directly from the lake. The water system has a filtration system with an Ultraviolet light stage. You can safely drink the water or bring bottled water if you prefer. Back up Generator for the entire Lake House in the unlikely event you loose power. Limited Parking (2 vehicles only- no Trailers) Guest access You have the entire house, yard, patio and the huge dock for your enjoyment. There is plenty of exterior Furniture to relax and soak up some rays. There is also BBQ Grill on the patio at your disposal. We have reserved a large boat slip in center Boat House for you which will accommodate up to a 26’ Boat. We keep our boat on the South Slip along with two jet skis (Sorry-Not included with rental). We may stop in once in awhile to use them (or to help you). If we do stop in to use the boat, we will certainly respect your privacy. Enjoy a short walk to the Cleverdale Country Store. There is incredible hiking nearby, along with restaurants, nightlife and shopping. There are also several restaurants on the lake which you can access via boat also. Other things to note -Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only. No trailers allowed. -No SMOKING allowed in house. -No Pets Allowed -No Events or Parties allowed -No Tents or other structures allowed -No Fireworks -No additional guests beyond the number provided allowed without permission please. -Please be respectful of noise levels & neighbors privacy.
