PERMIT# Listed in Pictures The space Welcome to Pine Street Flats! Located in the Gulch, this one bedroom is perfect for a jam-packed weekend hanging out Downtown! Modern, open floor plan with high ceilings; walk-in closets and amenities like a full gym and saltwater pool! This is truly an Urban Oasis. The unit has a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a couch for additional sleeping (cots available for rental fee). Unit Amenities: Full access to building saltwater pool and gym Fully equipped kitchen Free WIFI and Smart TV (with Digital Antenna) Microwave Coffee/Espresso maker in the club room lounge Air Conditioning Hair Dryer Linens for additional guests All bathroom essentials (towels, shampoo, etc...) Guest access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay! Gym, pool and community room. Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app Other things to note Please note: We are not responsible for pool rules set by the community. The community only allows 3 guests per apartment. The pool is open from dusk till dawn. → No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm. → There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the couch). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper. → Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise. → The permit # can be found in the listing captions.
