Welcome to our cozy apartment located in a fantastic neighborhood, just 10 minutes away from the Vltava River and the Anděl subway station. A shopping center is nearby, and the apartment is close to the Villa where Mozart once lived. The apartment features a large terrace with comfortable furniture. Parking is available on the street near the house. From 08:00 to 20:00, it costs 20 CZK per hour, but from 20:00 to 08:00, parking is free. Additionally, parking is free all day on weekends. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwashing, washing machine with, ironing facilities, sateen bed linen, towels. (Gas for grill not included) In the kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all kitchenware. The apartment is perfect for a family/group of friends of 2 people. : P.S. Cleanliness is our nr. 1 priority, therefore, we clean pillows, blankets but even mattresses, sofas, and carpets regularly with a special water-cleaning method. We also have anti-allergic pillows and blankets. Other things to note In case of non-observing smoking policies, resulting in smoke smell in the apartment, we may charge a fine of 100€. Please note that late check-in (after 19:00) is available for a surcharge, contact us.
