We offer two work places in this single spacious room, suitable for a working-cum-travelling couple. The first one - with a corner table, a table lamp and a chair, near the bed; the other- a coutch and a lower table, on the otherside of the room. The guests will enjoy a well ventilated, bright, spacious 210’ carpet area room, sparkling clean floor with vitrified tiles. Blanket, white bed sheets and towel, house sleepers, a clean common washroom with common toiletries, 24x7 water, electricity & and high frequency, unlimited non-stop Wi-Fi. This place provides COMFORT. A great place for study, work, rest and relax. This entire property is a strictly prohibited area for smoking, drinking and tobacco chewing. It is a safe, secured and august place for women travellers too. We provide paid tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner to our in-house guests, not to earn extra money but to save their time, money & energy. Guests need to wash their used plates. This is a homestay. We provide the care, comfort and ambiance of a lovely home. So please take care of the room's cleanliness, as we do that in our won homes. We're not charging the Cleaning Fee. So please keep the room, used crockery and utensils, the toilet- all clean, leave them as they were, before your entry. This house is only 20 minutes drive from airport, 20 minutes walk from rail station,10 minute walk to various ATMs, 15 minutes walk to the brañches of SBI, Andhra Bank and Axis Bank, free gym. free yaga classes across the road, morning walk facilities, road side food stalls, good restaurants, 15 minutes drive from Tourism Development Center, 20 minutes drive to two super malls. 24x7 Uber/ Ola,/Rapido services are available at the doorstep. Our guests openly admire the modest price of our food, & this room & its facilities, in comparison with other places with higher prices, and with similar or lesser facilities. Guest access When guests book this room, they also get the right to access many places in the property. A common sitting place (lounge) is available in the first floor for guests and their friends, who come to meet them. Guests also can access the mango tree shaded terrace to read their favourite book / chat with their family & friends over phone / hang their wet clothes under the sun. They can enjoy a relaxed cool evening in the spacious terrace garden lying on the cane-swing. They can view the lovely Indian clear sunrise from the 3rd floor rooftop, practice their Yoga and Pranayam there. This homestay provides their guests ample space, to enjoy a dream holiday. Long stay guests can access free parking at night in the property's closed portico. Extra harm-free free parking also available in front of the property. During your stay I'm omnipresent for my guests, but visible, whenever they need my help. We meet time to time, discussing the maximum benefits of their stay, and exploring the inner depth of their expected outcome. Other things to note This homestay is a friendly place for women, children and gentlemen. Smoking, chewing gutkha, paan or tobaco, taking alcohol (inside or outside of the homestay) during the stay is strictly prohibited. Life is still beautiful without these. Our motto is ‐ Health is the only wealth, other possessions are mere details. Therefore, this homestay offers a free gym, morning walk, running, and free yoga practice opportunities to all our guests. Stay healthy, stay wealthy, live long.
