Perched over the New Meadows river this western facing, private, one bedroom cabin includes full kitchen, outdoor BBQ & dining area, gas fireplace, full bathroom, & deep water dock access. Watch the Osprey, Bald Eagles, lobsterman hauling traps, and the many sloops and yawls that traverse the saltwater river. Outdoor stairs (75 or 5 flights of stairs in photos) are required to access cabin. The space Bright, private, cabin, architecturally designed with attention to details. Enter from deck into the spacious living, dining and kitchen area overlooking the water. Cozy bedroom in the back features two single beds with ladder access to loft. Beautiful hard wood floors and tongue and groove ceiling. Full sized American Leather gel foam pullout sofabed in the living room. Bathroom includes sink, toilet and shower. Additional outdoor shower located on lower deck. Small laundry room and outdoor bar on upper deck. Guest access Full cabin access Other things to note We are not handicap accessible. Cabin requires 5-6 flights of stairs in order to access.
