Please be aware of the following property requirements before booking: • Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests • Primary renter must be at least 21 years old • No smoking or vaping of any kind • No pets or animals of any kind • Please observe the 15 MPH speed limit • Quiet Hours - 10 PM - 8 AM • No team parties or large gatherings • Only registered guests are permitted at the property • Anglewoods is located in a residential lake community; the home, grounds and lake amenities are for the exclusive use of our guests and may not be used as a gathering place for teams or other visitors • Our Rental Agreement must be completed within 72 hours of booking • A $500 security/damage hold is required in addition to any security deposit or hold required by a third-party booking channel.
