Welcome to this centrally located, upstairs one-bedroom apartment with all new furnishings and amenities! You can see EMU’s campus 4 blocks away, and walk there in just 5 minutes- then come back and relax in this spacious, brilliantly styled space. Complete with all new appliances, a fully redone bathroom with new tile, and a full kitchen with new stove, refrigerator, and sink! The space Some basics about the space: - 4 pm check-in via a digital deadbolt, which will allow access whenever you arrive. 11 am check-out. *Unfortunately, due to our cleaner's tight schedule, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out!* - This is a private unit that is located in a larger, multi-unit home. There are no shared spaces other than the parking lot, but you may hear light noise as the other tenants walk throughout the house. - Pets are allowed! We do ask that you please pick up after your pet and acknowledge the $25 pet fee. If you have a 'talkative' pet, we just ask that you are mindful of the tenants in the units adjacent to the space. - Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. - One free, off-street parking spot in the house lot. For other guests- Pearl St. parking spots are available 8 pm- 8 am on weekday nights, and all weekends. *These spots are permit only all other times!* Please note: there are 16 stairs leading up to the apartment. Guests with mobility issues are welcome, but are encouraged to account for the stairs. Guest access You have complete and private access to the space once inside the door! Only the parking lot and porch are shared spaces. Other things to note Important note about this location: Next door to this space is Renaissance House, an assisted living facility for adults, some of whom have developmental disabilities. The residents are usually out on their porch, and their house is staffed by full-time nursing assistants. This note is just for complete clarity on the surrounding neighborhood, as we have never had an issue with them interacting with our guests, and we fully support the social services offered by this organization.
