Sports enthusiasts will also have a good time, as there is a wide range on offer: golf, swimming, sailing and windsurfing. The house, skilfully renovated, retains the charm of old houses but has all the comforts of modern ones. The Cristallina marble of the floors, juxtaposed with the old brickwork, the wood on the top floor, lend intimacy to your stay. The first apartment extends over two levels. On the lower floor you will be welcomed by the stylishly as well as generously furnished living room with a cozy sofa and a very nice dining area. The elegant, light marble floor gives the ambience a very special charm. Through a brick archway you enter the well-equipped kitchen. On the adjoining terrace you can enjoy the view far over the roofs of Caslano and wonderful relaxing hours. A guest toilet completes the equipment of the first level. On the second level, a tastefully designed bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet awaits you. The solid wooden floor gives the room a pleasant atmosphere. When the new day wakes you up with soft light, you can greet it right away on the adjacent balcony. Right next to the bedroom there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. On the third level, directly under the roof is the second vacation apartment. A small, charming studio with beautiful exposed beams will delight you. The attic apartment exudes a very special flair and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in a small area. The equipment includes a living area with double bed and sofa just like a small kitchen with seating and a bathroom with shower. The house was renovated in 2016 with great attention to detail and is located in a picturesque alley in the center of the village, just 100 meters from the lake. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and are welcome to feel at home in the lower apartment. Guests occupy the whole house: apartments are not rented individually.
