WATCHING THE SUNRISE, hearing the SOUND OF THE WAVES and SMELLING THE MARSH are some of the privileges of this accommodation. It is located in a unique place on the coast, a few meters from the water, in an area of golden sand, black (volcanic) sand, and stones. The space The apartment (with INTERNET connection) consists of 1 BEDROOM WITH OCEAN VIEWS (wardrobe with mirrors, double bed with chest, good quality visco-elastic mattress and two types of pillows; visco-elastic and normal), a bathroom (shower with screen, washing machine, large mirror), kitchen (1.80 m refrigerator, induction hob and microwave), living room with ocean views (55 inch SMART TV, sofa, wardrobe, extendable table and wooden chairs) and a balcony. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary good quality dishes and utensils. Thanks to the folding CRYSTAL CURTAINS, the living room and balcony are fully integrated, revealing a beautiful INFINITE VIEW OF THE SEA. There is a very special detail in the apartment; a HAWAIIAN HAMMOCK. It will undoubtedly make every day even more special. How much fun! And to entertain you and have a good time as a couple and family, you also have several board games available to you in the apartment; tic-tac-toe, chess, dominoes, cards, puzzles, etc., as well as books in several languages. Do you like reading as much as I do? Then you can't miss going to the small library that is just a 2-minute walk away. And if you come in summer, you'll find the great "Biblio-playa" (beach library)... yes, a library directly on the beach. Isn't that great?! For those who like good COFFEE, in the kitchen you can find a French coffee maker, a Nespresso and an American coffee maker, so you can prepare it as you like, as well as cups of different types (black coffee, large, with milk, espresso, etc.). Did you know that here in Gran Canaria coffee has a very important cultural and socializing value and that a top quality coffee is also grown? I encourage you to visit a beautiful farm where you can see the coffee plantations and the entire production process. I'll gladly inform you and give you all the details about it. If you feel like having a JUICE/NATURAL JUICE, I have made an electric orange juicer and a juice extractor available to you. There are also special juice cups and glasses. In the Canary Islands, there is a great variety of tropical fruits (Indian fig, papaya, pineapple, kaki, etc.), so you can make different combinations with amazing flavors. I have several delicious recipes to share with you... I'm sure after trying them you'll become a fan of Indian tuno like me! Since the ENVIRONMENT and health are important to me, I have equipped the kitchen with glass, ceramic, bamboo, metal, and wood utensils, thus avoiding any type of plastic. Following the same line, the sheets, blankets, towels, are 100% cotton. Likewise, the apartment is cleaned with ECOLOGICAL PRODUCTS. As a good plant lover, I couldn't resist putting a NATURAL BANANA TREE in the apartment. Did you know that the Canary Island banana is a worldwide symbol of the islands? I invite you to visit the banana farm - museum where you will learn many curiosities about this plant and where you can also enjoy all the culinary products derived from this fruit that is part of the life of all islanders. And for those who like SNORKELING, they also have a "full mask" and flippers (frog legs) to make the most of this beautiful ocean. Arinaga is one of the best places to snorkel and dive (it is listed as a MARINE RESERVE). I can recommend some really fantastic places! And of course, here in Playa de Arinaga, it's wonderful to practice SCUBA DIVING. That's why there are several diving schools here. If you haven't had the experience yet, I encourage you to do so! Finally, I wanted to have one more thing for when you go to the beach; there are two aluminum CHAIRS, two UMBRELLAS with sun protection, a portable FRIDGE to keep drinks cold, two BODYBORD boards, TOWELS, BAGS, etc. In short, you have everything you need to enjoy this wonderful Atlantic! By the way, did you know that Playa de Arinaga is on the central coast of the island, making it the ideal place to get around everywhere? It is less than 10 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes from Las Palmas (capital) and 20 minutes from the south (tourist area). Also, since there is public transportation (the famous "guaguas"/bus), renting a car is not essential. I also want to let you know something very important for the people here and for me; in Playa de Arinaga there is a lifeguard during all the summer months. The first-aid station is about 5 meters from the apartment entrance (opposite). Other things to note TO DO. - Guests must register in the DOCUMENTARY REGISTRY OF TRAVELERS (CHECKING) of the Ministry of the Interior of the Government of Spain/National Police, as indicated by the vacation rental regulations, for which they will automatically receive a link to register days before. Check-in must be done at LEAST 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE. - Once the Checking has been carried out, a link will be sent to make the DEPOSIT, which must be made at LEAST 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
