Located in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, come and relax & unwind in our modern self-contained cottage. Annexed to the main house, the "Studio" has it's own front door, private access & parking. With all mod-cons including a dishwasher, free WiFi and Sky TV, the Studio is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Shropshire countryside. Located 3 miles east of Church Stretton and a 35 minute walk to the popular Royal Oak pub in Cardington, a favourite haunt of the locals. The space The Studio is a self contained annex to the main house of Rose Cottage, with it’s own front door. Downstairs is a kitchen/living area with French doors leading straight out onto the patio. The living area also has a comfortable sofa-bed, suitable for either 2 young children or a single adult. Upstairs is the bedroom, with a king size bed, chest of drawers and a hanging rail. The bedroom is dual aspect and has a Juliette balcony affording views over the back garden and beyond. On the other side of the bedroom the windows overlook neighbouring farmland and hills. Whilst there are no stair gates at the Studio, we are infant friendly and there is plenty of space in the bedroom for a travel cot (not provided). The bedroom leads into a bathroom with a double sized shower and heated towel rail. Guest access You have full access to the Studio and the garden which is mostly laid to lawn. You also have access to the driveway for the parking of one vehicle.
