The space Apartment building named “Roshka” is situated between 1st and second ski lifts to enjoy ski inn/ski out principle. Located on the 5th floor, apartment has one separate bedroom with double bed, second Mezzanine bedroom with comfortable bed for an adult or 2 and folding sofa, so I can easily accommodate up to 5 guests. There is no balcony with scenic views, but to compensate that free underground parking and ski depot are available for guests. Kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with appliances: fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Wi-Fi and TV. Clean linens and towels are provided, washing machine, hairdryer and bathroom items. Famous “Pasanauri” restaurant with Georgian cuisine is in front of the building. Food stores are 5–7-minute walk. Building has modern elevator and is well secured. Self-check in, keys available with security. Transportation services to and from Gudauri are available upon request for extra fee.
