Our beautiful Seaside homes is located right in the centre of Lovely Lytham , it boasts 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms . There is a kitchen diner which is perfect for entertaining and socialising with your friends or family.and a cosy living room for snuggling and relaxing. Our house is 3 minute walk to Lytham Green, pebbled Beach and famous windmill, and why not bring your doggy along? The house is right in the centre of Lytham so all the shops and restaurants are on the doorstep. The space Our Home Layout:- Ground floor consists of hallway leading to the front lounge with comfy sofas and bean bags for extra guest seating, there is a kitchen diner with a large dining table and television for entertaining. There is patio doors leading off the dining area which open onto a small parking area and an outside small table for two people 1st Foor- Comprises of three bedrooms ( one single and two doubles) There is a main bathroom and also an en suite off the front double bedroom 2nd Floor - Family room with a double bed , single bed and a travel cot Guest access Guest can access all areas of the property , the property is accessed from the ground floor through the front door , the bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2 nd floor
