Doggone fun 3 bdr Home at UVA with a Free Breakfast!
This is an private house within the University area that has it's own private yard. It is a 1950's Craftsman house that we have remodel. I offer fresh free range organic eggs (while they are laying) from our farm in Nelson county, waffles, and bacon. Note the hard wood floors, the big pet friendly yard, the fireplace, the chalkboard wall in the kitchen, and the rain shower. I am here to make your stay wonderful!!! If you plug in your electric car, there is an additional $10 daily charge. The space Location, location, location. This is it! We are close to everything, UVA, Health South, restaurant, bars, football games, and biking trails! It is private whole house that you can bring your well behaved pets. Uber is also very easy to use in Charlottesville. I am 12 minutes to downtown, 2 miles from the Rotunda, and under a mile from the Stadium. You can see Health South from my backyard. We are close to 29 and 64, but not close enough to hear the traffic. I have 3/4 of an acre and a barbecue. Off street parking is available, and then a short walk to the game. Biking is big in Charlottesville, but the bus line to UVa is just a short walk away. Bring your pets with you! Very few people allow this in Charlottesville. I am extremely pet friendly. I have a great backyard that is fenced in, and even a dog/cat door. Having said that, no my pets are not there( most asked question), but if you have pet allergies, pets have been in my house. Guest access You get our whole house with keyless entry. You don't even need to see me. I love privacy, but I'm only a call away if you need anything. I now have Xbox 360, which can be used as a DVD player. Movies and games are here. I have Roku, and wireless internet. Other things to note I am close to 29 and 64, which has wineries, and fun things to see! I am a Townie. Born and raise and I love history! Monticello, Montpelier, Ashlawn, and Rotunda are here. I'm proud of my dad who redid Pine Knot ( Teddy Roosevelt's summer home). and found this old table. Throw that junk out was what they said to him. He did his research and found the only original piece of furniture! I can do single night bookings. Just ask.
