The whole flat is on one level, with just a single small step at the entrance and no stairs inside. Both bedrooms are flexible: each can be set up as a superking or as two singles, so the apartment works for two colleagues wanting their own space, a couple, or a small family. Just let us know your preferred setup when you book. Everyday life is easy here. There's a grocery store steps from the door, a comfortable lounge with Smart Cable TV for the evenings, and a private garden for your downtime. Cribbs Causeway's shopping, restaurants and cinema are a few minutes' drive when you want more. Guest access Our guests have exclusive access to the whole property Other things to note --HOUSE RULES-- We want every guest to have a brilliant stay, so here are a few things worth knowing before you book. - This is a quiet residential street, so we don't allow parties or loud music, and only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. - Before arrival, we'll ask you to complete a quick and easy verification: a photo ID matching the name on the booking, and a short Terms & Conditions form to sign. It takes a couple of minutes and keeps the home safe and secure for every guest who stays with us. - CCTV covers the outdoor areas of the property only. - The flat is all on the ground floor, with one small step at the entrance and no internal stairs.
