No parties or groups are allowed on the premises The space Nestled on a quiet dead end street, this new construction twin home has plenty to offer. The fully equipped kitchen and living area create a functional and welcoming space to kick back and relax. The bedroom offers a cozy bed (King Size). An in-home laundry room provides guests with a washer and dryer for their convenience. The front porch has a propane fire pit and seating for guests to enjoy during the warmer months. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. The garage is not accessible for guest use. We do store some cleaning and lawn maintenance items in the attached garage and therefore may need to access it during your stay. The door between the house and garage will remain locked and unopened if this is the case. Other things to note This apartment includes a second locked out bedroom, which is available only upon request and an additional fee of $20 per night. Please request this feature when you request the booking upfront. A maximum of four guests will be allowed when using the second bedroom.
