This self-contained studio with kitchen, garden and spa is a luxurious, peaceful retreat in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin. This separate building got its own private entrance, central to many of the areas local attractions, just minutes from shopping and the airport, and about 10 minutes drive from the town centre. Walks, shopping, bungy jumping, jet boating, ski-fields and more are all close. A great spot to base yourself whether you are here to sightsee, relax or for business. To ensure it's the perfect fit for your stay, please be aware this is one of several units on a multi-property site. The garden area and the fantastic Hot Spring spa pool are shared amenities with other guests. You will likely see other guests during your stay, and you may occasionally see our gardener maintaining the property. We love our friendly, community atmosphere, but if you are looking for a completely private, standalone home with no shared outdoor spaces, this may not be the ideal choice for you. Furnishing a queen size bed, and full kitchen facilities. Cook your most comforting meals to enjoy in both indoor or outdoor eating areas, while enjoying stunning alpine views. A luxury bathroom has a walk-in shower and big wall-size mirror. Appointed with a hairdryer and clothing pressing facilities(iron and ironing board), the underfloor heating will also keep you warm and cozy. The unit also has double glazed and sound-proofed windows. Free WIFI, A Smart TV, and Netflix are provided. For your laundry needs, a shared washing machine and dryer are available for guests to use. Conveniently located in the adjoining hallway area in a custom designed laundry cupboard. Please refrain from using the bathroom basin for any laundry activities. The high quality spa pool will be there for you to soak in after a hard day skiing on the nearby slopes. The open air spa will give you great alpine views and with no city lights--there's no better way to star gaze at night or watch the twinkling lights from the ski field on the mountain above. Ski Fields— Coronet Peak car park is only 20minutes away, and the Remarkables car park is 30 minutes away, also Cadrona Ski resort is less than an hour away. Central Otago is world famous for Pinot Noir wine, with the closet wine tasting just 15 minutes away. If you’re a keen golfer, favourites - Millbrook Golf Course or Arrowtown Course are just 7 minutes away. Also, Jacks Point Golf course is just below the stunning Remarkables Mountains, and Queenstown Golf Course is 15 minutes drive away. A stunning versatile array of activities and experiences in the region await you, with Queenstown Airport within 7 minutes drive.
